Apple Watches are back on the market. In a last minute win for the company, the U.S. Court of Appeals approved Apple’s request to continue selling the devices while the court reviews the International Trade Commission’s import ban.

The ITC declared that the blood oxygen measurement feature on Apple Watches was too similar to pulse oximeter company Masimo’s in October, issuing an import ban. The ban went into effect on Tuesday after President Biden declined to veto it.

Apple had paused sales of its watches with the feature earlier in the month, but remained determined to fight the ban. On Tuesday, Apple submitted an emergency motion saying it would suffer “irreparable harm” if it couldn’t sell the Watches. The court then approved Apple’s request, the company told STAT on Wednesday.
