Associate Managing Editor and Washington Bureau Chief
Erin Mershon is associate managing editor and Washington bureau chief at STAT. She joined the company in 2017 as a Washington correspondent, after stints covering the politics and policy of health care for CQ Roll Call, Politico, and the National Journal, among other outlets. When she's not working, Erin is usually indulging her obsession with ballet, either at a Kennedy Center performance or a beginner class.
