Alissa Ambrose is the director of photography and multimedia at STAT. She joined STAT at its founding in 2015 as a photo editor and then served as deputy director of multimedia and creative. She previously worked as a photo editor and reporter in New York. Alissa received a master’s in international reporting from the City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism and a fine arts degree in photography from New York University.
